Should be able to right click and Run as administrator....and there's a setting for previous version I think.....

What type of "work stuff"? Documents, spreadsheets, CAD drawings.
The files will have an extension, usually 3 or 4 letters after a "." in the name.... such as budget.xls, resume.doc, manual.pdf.... what's there?

The version of Windows is not the issue, but the fact you don't have software on your computer that can open the "work stuff"

Do you have Citrix software on your home machine?

What app do you use to open ICA files?
ICA stands for Independent Computing Architecture and is used by Citrix's application servers.
ICA files are used for configuring information between servers and clients.
ICA files can
be opened and edited by Citrix products, WinFrame, and other ICA editing software.

Have you tried to remote into your office machine from your home machine,
if the company allows you to do so? As if you were in your office.

See if you can get a legit copy from your work IT contact or gain remote access.

I don’t understand this “separate work and home” stuff. Y’all act like there ought o be a clear delineation between work life and home
life in some anti-American attempt to achieve balance and harmony.

You know what that makes you? Lollygaggers.
