Anybody know what size and thread count PSA uses on the sew screws to hold in their ejector. Mine got bent and need to clean out the threads with a tap and do not know the size.
Also, has anybody ever taken one out of the frame? need some advice on how to set it back in correctly.
The lower with not mate up to the lower.

Might help knowing what gun you’re referring to.

PSA AR-9 lower. It came with a built in ejector that is held in place with 2 set screws. The holes are filled with a red lock tight and where a bitch to get out. The ejector was hitting the bolt and the rear take down will not get to ter whole in the lower.

Have you attempted to source the ejector alone just in case it breaks?
i'm unsure it is available, but have read about folks returning to PSA for service/replacement
give em a call for warranty....

After 25 minutes on hold I got someone at PSA to answer. I was telling her the issue and thought that the ejector was screwed up or the slot that it mounts in. She kept on saying that they are not responsible for non-PSA parts such as pins, triggers and etc. I said I know that and would only send back the receiver. After 5 minutes of acknowledging the after market parts she sent me a RA. I did take the pistol to work with me today and stopped by the smith on the way to a client. It was a bent ejector that he straighten out and cleaned out the lock tight in the screw holes. Cost $20 and well worth it. The rep at PSA said that it would be 3 to 4 weeks to get the lower back. She did say all their parts have a life time guarantee.
I will order an ejector just to have on hand.
