What is your Forum pic about? (Mooching Jeppos thunder)

Just some random picture I saw once. Like my screen name I really didn't put much thought into it. Maybe one day I'll come up with something more creative but I've been using this one for about 6 years so probably not. Or this could all be a lie and it's actually a picture of me.
 
I've always been a PC gamer, primarily Flight Sims and FP Shooters. Back in 2001 a battlefield simulation called Operation Flashpoint was released, my avatar is the cover photo on the box. In contrast to heavily scripted games like Battlefield, COD, etc. this product featured huge maps with the ability to go anywhere, do anything, and a with a high level of realism in terms of difficulty, (simulated) physical stamina, weapons and ballistics. There was a campaign but what really made this stand out was the mission editor giving a large degree of freedom to create innumerable senarios with varying environments, terrain, equipment and opposing forces. I've had many many hours of fun playimg coop with my son over the years. Today it lives on as ARMA 3.

Fun fact: this product is a limited version of VBS (Virtual Battlefield Simulator) used by the military by the same software developer.

In the early days, while we were still trying to see straight after getting the wind knocked out of us I made the comment "Hey I'm likeable" and a staff member changed my avatar, I havent changed it.
My tag line was slapped up there by a staff member as well, while we were discussing what titles people should have "benefactor, life time member, paid member", I threw my thought of "founding inglorious bastards" and someone slapped it on there as well, so I left it as well.
 
Conrack, one of the best movies ever made. Semi true story of Pat Conroy student teaching on Defuskie Island off of Hilton Head Island. Watch this movie, it is pretty amazing. It's in english with no subtitles and can't believe it's still on boobtube.

It's from an app called Bitmoji. A pretty reasonable cartoon version of me calmly standing in front of a dumpster fire. Which could represent work or here, depending on the day.

I'm a Pat Conroy fan.

I (the company I worked for) built the Bloody Point Golf Course on Dafuskie Island. My wife ,step daughter and I hauled our travel trailer over on a barge from Savannah and lived there close to a year.

I am a huge Stephen King fan, hence the username, from the Dark Tower series of books. The forum pic is the Ka symbol from the same series. I have been using the same forum name since 1993 on every forum I visit.
