Finally, some winter weather!

I'm fine with it, in January. In November and lasting thru March is where I say Eff that Noise. Hence why I'm not in Idaho, Montana or Wyoming as I type this.

The harsh weather in Alaska does not kill off their bugs so I don't our winters will.

It doesn’t kill them off but it does make a difference in quantity.

After the first two flakes fell all I heard was static about wanting to go home.

Karen, welcome to the adult world. Get back to work.

Yeah, but then they will sue you if they run into a ditch driving home when they were on their phone bitching about work! LOL

I tell staff "If you think the weather is too rough to come in/ need to go home, fine, but you lose hours unless you plan to use vacation.."

This whole thing was just a big ol'tease...kids got to see it some, but locked here in an office I just saw pictures. I want a "OH NO THE WORLD IS ENDING LOCK YOURSELVES IN WITH NETFLIX AND CHILL!"...but no...I get a wet rain and pictures of sadness.

Snow days use to be my headache. Not anymore. Above my pay grade. Any way I had to work over about a hour and a half. Mo money for me.[emoji41]

Thomasville it snowed for approx 5 minutes. HUGE flakes, but, of course, too warm and too wet.

About and inch, maybe 1.5" on my car when I left for work yesterday. Bit of slush on the road. By the time I got to work it was just in the grass. Saw a little around Campabello SC on the way down too. Just a dusting down there.

I went out on a limb one month ago and predicted no measurable snowfall east of I-95 for the rest of the winter. I don't believe that 5 minute snowfall in Nags Head a couple of weeks ago counts, as it wasn't actually measurable.
Winning so far!
