Changed the handguard on the short barrel upper. It used to look like this with a UTG pro quad rail


Now it looks like this with a Sig Sauer Swat handguard

I prefer not to grab a cheese grater personally and usually run Magpul. I don't like a lot of clutter on a rifle so all those rails are no use to me anyway.

dump the sight, and the weight and get a FF rail. Best thing I ever did. Even the cheapest FF rail is an improvement over the A2 sight post that usually never gets used on a rifle with optics.

I like the old one better too, but I don't love it. I like the looks of a little more barrel sticking out of the handguard.
