2017 NC Sectional

The folks involved with planning last year's match did such a damn fine job, it will be hard to improve very much this year. I'm still petitioning for the swinging bridge to be turned loose this time around.

Leave the swinging bridge alone. it was challenging enough last year. All they would have to do is place the targets in more difficult positions to make it more challenging.

Put them so you have to actually shoot from it
 
a trampoline. With 10'ft high walls. 32 targets requiring one tound each. Unloaded starts.
 
So, is there a date set yet? I'm an IDPA shooter, but might try this. Never shot an ISPC match before. I'll just have to remember to drop mags as necessary and leave the vest at home.

This match will be 9-10 stages pending some final planning. We will feature the half day format with 8 competitor squads on Friday and Saturday. 10 competitor squads on Staff day and Sunday.

The 2017 Carolina Classic will be 9-10 Stages on the super fast efficient half day schedule. Come ready to shoot, we will handle the rest.
MATCH FEE: $135 JUNIORS: $80
So I paid the match fee... WHAT DO I GET? How does the money get used?
BEFORE THE MATCH* Match ammo from Fort Mill Munitions have been approved as the official match ammo. It will be ready when you arrive.
* Your shooter bag will be full of useful keep sake donations from our sponsors.
* You will have a random draw from the ever growing prize table.
* The NC Section will be adding to the number of prizes this year.
* Sponsors will be setup in one central location, making it easy to cash in certificates and or pick up prearranged supplies.
* A match T-Shirt voucher is provided. You will have a pre printed T-Shirt waiting with the option to upgrade it to long sleeve, hoodies etc. etc. The on-site Tshirt vendor will be stationed near registration and will deliver any custom orders you add.
* Food is available from the Franklin Fire Department
DURING YOUR MATCH
* Staff does the resetting of every stage, Don't even think about touching a paster.
* Water is provided on every stage.
* Transportation is available to cart you to your next stage.
* Air conditioned bathrooms and hot showers are available to you.
AFTER THE MATCH
* Winners will get a personalized plaque. It will be sent to your registration address.
* Your fee supports NC RO/CRO courses throughout the year.
* Your fee also supports the newly created NC Section Junior Camp.
* And finally it will help support new matches and next years Carolina Classic.

So if someone were to say be leaving Friday afternoon for an event out of state, this said person could shoot the morning squad on Friday correct, be done around noonish?

Or if spots exist, shoot Thursday with staff.
 
So when are all the cool kids shooting? I'm thinking Saturday morning if I can get a spot.
 
Are there classifiers here or just run and gun?
