308 Winchester pet loads for 180 gr. BTSP

I've got a TC Compass in 308 and have been building up a load for a 180 RNSP. It is 43.8 of Varget at 2.700. I have it marked as 'acceptable' in my spreadsheet, but not sure if fine tuning is going to make it a lot better (round-nose isn't super accurate).

Is that bullet semi-Jacketed? Sierra? Speer?
Thanks for the input Sas!
I'm looking for starting points here (might save me some powder and lead).
