I always walk in range, place target at 25yards, try my luck with a 5 shot group to see how I do, thought it might be fun to name the pistol & see others results. I know it's some real shooters on this forum, so no cheating, 25 yards Free Hand.

Q5- Walther Q5 Match SF - Vortex Viper Red Dot.
T- Tanfoglio Limited .40 - Factory Adjustable Sights.
CZ- CZ Shadow 2 - Factory Adjustable Sights (Elevation only), pushed sight over with sight pusher after 1st range day, 1st 5 shots 2nd range day after pushing sight over.

Mine will look just like @Jeppo so I figure I’m in good company.

I do 10-shot groups at 25 yards with one hand on a pretty regular basis… I shoot NRA and CMP precision pistol.

Ten with a short action Colt OMM .38 (prior to moving the sights).

Ten with a Model 14-3 .38.

Ten with a Buckmark .22 (optic).

Ten with a RIA 1911 with some Dawson, Kensight, and EGW part upgrades in .45.

The real challenge is shooting at 50 yards… you can’t “get away” with anything on the long line!

To clarify....do You define Free Hand as ...standing and shooting with One Hand Only...or standing and shooting with both hands?
I think of “freehand” as either strong or weak hand only unsupported

Still pretty good, shooting with two hands in my opinion! I know that I’ve had Mike’s at 25 yards in matches before when the clock is running

Nice!

Double action or single action? I actually don’t know anything about a K6, so maybe it’s double action only
I've got a 3" DASA model, shot that target single action.
That's the one target I kept. There were more I didn't keep. Quite a lot of them.

I went to a range a long time ago and this older guy set up beside me. He shot a box of ammo maybe 50 rounds and pulls the target in. There is one hole to the far left of the target and rest is clean.

He saw me look at it while he was packing up. He turns and slaps me on the shoulder and says you know it's a good day when they all go through the same hole and then he left.

I'll never forget the smile he had on his face. Just as happy as can be.

I think it would be a good idea to specify if you are using optics or iron sights. Having said that... I would like to try this this weekend if I can get the time.

This ^^ is a totally different ballgame. It's fun, but makes you a little crazy. You live in the "wobble zone" and learn very quickly about your NPA . He's totally spot-on with his comments, especially the 50 yard: that's the "make or break" test.
Good on you, JRV !

Model 52 .38 with dot - 25 yard one hand rapid fire CMP Bullseye match (2 sec per shot 2 x 5 shot strings 10 sec per string)
Clock starts when the target turns to face you.
Cleaned the timed fire target 100 5-x @ 4 sec per shot. Can’t do it every time tho . . .
