I picked up a 50cal (owner told me I really want like 47cal balls because the barrel tapers a bit) pistol last year. It says on it that I can ONLY use black powder, no modern stuff.
Anyone know anywhere to get black powder in Triangle (Ral/Dur/Chap) area? or even anywhere in the state? I'm ok with taking a drive.

Who made it? Got pics?

If'n you can identify it, or let us identify it, we might can he'p ya find out how it's s'pose to be loaded...

It's a Spanish copy of something old.
I know that I really should wrap the flint in some leather to keep it from shattering.

If I never get to fire it, that's not a huge loss. I paid less for it than I'd pay for dinner for myself and my wife.

If that's not it exactly, its dang close (barrel is a bit different, butt is a bit different as well) if nothing else, likely the same manufacturer.
