Ok guys I have been shooting Remington 140gr bthp ammo for about 500 rounds so far. It has been cheap ( 16.95 a box) and accurate ( 3/4" groups). But I can't seem to find it in stock anywhere. Its remington r65cr2. Only place that I found it wants $45 for ground shipping....

So I have found the hornady 140gr bthp American gunner in 200 round cases for $150ish. Has the same BC, and advertised velocity as the Remington ammo. But I have never shot it before. Has anyone shot the 140gr American gunner and the 140gr black box from academy( I have shot this before)? They have the same ballistics listed.

Any other decent 6.5 creedmoor ammo I should look at that does not cost a crap ton? Would like to stay at $1 a round or less. Thanks

Have you shot the hornady 147gr eld match ammo? Would it be worth the extra $ over the 140gr eld? Will be shooting to 850 to 1000yds. Thanks
I shot it In a savage i used to have and it was not impressive. I tried to 147’s with handloads in my Bergara and could not get anything super amazing either. I shoot Berger hybrid 140s but I have seen many people kick butt at competitions with factory 140 ELD ammo. I’d try the 140 first and if it doesn’t shoot well, then try the 147.
