Awesome, congrats! Digging the blacked out look. I'm getting tired of all the FDE past decade. I think my next is gonna be a replica Nam era OG M-16 style.

Well I suppose it’s one of a kind. 80% frame. GI slide, polished steel finish. Forget who makes the grips.

I'm not a big fan of 1911's... but this is likely to change my mind... Nice.

80% 308 ar10. 24” stainless threaded fluted. All high end parts. Fortis switch handguard, 2 stage trigger, Nikon scope, prs stock

Marine gun builder has alot of good videos about making p80's.
I got a few tips from him but mostly from Johnny Glocks videos.
Good stuff out there.

P80 Compact Longslide frames are on sale for $75 each right now. You get the compact grip of a G19 but it accepts long slides (g17, g17L, g34). I've made two of these size and I really like the way they feel...
