yea it boggles my mind jay people still leave them on there. But when I worked at Dodge, we were told to leave them on unless specifically told by the new owners to take them off

Donut media did a video recently of 'crappy' new cars that are much faster than iconic muscle from forty years ago.
Heck, the 5.0 fox body 'stangs only had 210hp back in the 80s

But HP aside, STYLE is hard to beat.

don’t get me wrong, it does kinda look good, Especially on the OD green colors. Gives it an old school fighter plane look to it.

well, they are there to keep the splitter from getting stretched up or broke during transportation on the tractor trailer. More like a “hey dummy, you have plastic down here so be careful” kinda thing. There is a technical wording about them but in Layman’s terms that’s the jist

On my cars Im not really big on drawing attention, but on something like those challengers...yeah, they draw attention already so bring it!

I watched that video.

Those old cars had to look good, because everyone had plenty of time to stare at them as they did their 15 second quarter miles.

It’s the wife’s car, and she wanted them left on. Take it up with her. Bring a shield and a helmet..... you’ll need it.
