Earlier this week one of my shooting buddies sent me the diameter measurements for the formal NRA 600 yard F-Class target. All I have is a stack of the 300 yard practice targets. So, I decided to make my own 600 F-Class target with what I have. I call it the FU-Class target. The target is 18 inches in diameter instead of 36 inches. If you can’t keep it in the black you may as well stay the hell home. You can shoot all of the sighters you want on steel or whatever until you think you can actually hit something. When you are ready to shoot for score you switch to the FU target. 15 rounds in 20 minutes, or 20 rounds in 30 minutes. Pick your poison. Since the bull is black you can’t see your bullet holes and no one is stupid enough (????) to be downrange to score your hits. Forget wind, gravity, and all that other limp wristed sillyness. You just keep shooting and hope for the best …thus the term FU-Class. At first I thought I should call this new target the PITW F-Class target (Piss in The Wind target) but I think for my crowd FU fits perfectly. 
I have attached the "new" manly target and my first attempt at shooting at 600 yards using the original 300 yard practice target. Wind was blowing from left to right, right to left, up and down and I was shooting low. Since I couldn't see the bullet holes and no one was down range it didn't matter. Using the 600 yard scoring system my score was 137/150. It was friggin awesome!
