While back I was testing some 77gr 223 loads with benchmark and had good results with 22.2gr and 22.4gr, so I decided to split the difference and load 22.3gr because I thought that would be funny for a 223. Haven't had a chance to go play 'precision rifle' in a while, finally got out yesterday while it was reasonably warm. Did some warmup with wolf 55gr, then got down to shooting for real.

I realize they're 3 round groups, but the whole 4 + 1 screwup thing is getting old. Maybe when I'm better.

Ruger ranch, 100 yards, front and rear bag, average for the 4 groups is 0.51". I'll take that.

load is 77gr SMK, 22.3gr Benchmark, WSR, 3x fired PPU brass, neck sized, trimmed, chamfered, 2.210 OAL

Rile is zeroed with 55gr wolf steel case, interesting the POI on these. Haven't chronographed them, will do that next session.

I keep taping pieces of paper over the prior holes in the same old target, I'm out of the little orange dots.
