a Secret Reloading Man Cave

Nice, safe rooms. I remember back in West Germany (late 80s), our team rooms were graded on the off duty bars in them. Some you entered thru book cases as above, wall locker doors. We had our Bauer Air Compressor for jamming our dive tanks behind the our bar. Bar area was were all the team plaques from different units/countries/photos were kept too. Different Army back then.

Know a guy that has a room like that only much bigger with safes and other shooting stuff too. You can google house plans with "safe rooms". My next house will have one. Not for reloading but definitely will have guns, ammo, food, etc. and it will be poured in place concrete and rebar, accessable from garage and master bedroom.

I have an old school pal that lives about an hour away that has a room with all walls and ceiling 2 feet thick concrete with a bank vault safe door. This room is 20 x 20 and houses the largest group of Colt firearms I have ever seen. Many Hundreds.

I’d like to smack him in the head for shooting the video with his phone held like that, come on man it’s 2020 and you don’t understand screen formats yet?

Nice hideout space though.

Once you have a vault room, you really can’t live without it ever again. Like not having Cable TV anymore or TIVo or something and then having to go back to watching commercials again. Suckkssss.

I had one of those mounting plates for my turret to reload. Really helps keep it out of way taking up vital desk area.

I’ve got the perfect place for it but I haven’t done a concealing case yet. This is motivation
