Mondays are my fist day back to the gym, I normally just work out m-f and take off saturday and Sunday. Since I have to get to work quickly on Mondays I normally just do 45 minutes of abs and a little cardio.
Maybe its just me but it never fails.....
Im just wondering if it hits anyone else...
I have come to call it the Monday ab-day dump..... never fails, im convinced it could cure constipation, any one else get this, maybe its just me or the high protien diet
