Mondays are my fist day back to the gym, I normally just work out m-f and take off saturday and Sunday. Since I have to get to work quickly on Mondays I normally just do 45 minutes of abs and a little cardio.
Maybe its just me but it never fails.....
Im just wondering if it hits anyone else...
I have come to call it the Monday ab-day dump..... never fails, im convinced it could cure constipation, any one else get this, maybe its just me or the high protien diet

I’ve been struggling with the gym quite a bit lately. I still go every day I am in the office M-F for around 80 minutes. I have zero motivation to do anything but cardio. I enjoy just plugging myself into a machine and setting the timer and resistance to a challenging level and then zoning out to Netflix.

I’m taking it a little easier this week. Just walking a few miles each day because I have a Spartan Super this Saturday and need my legs recovered as well as possible.
