Any idea how one would go about getting the building plans to their home? Particularly in wake county?
Is this something accessible on internet or do I need to go into some municipal building and view records there?
3rd floor (attic) was made into livable, finished space. Trying to figure out the load bearing capacity and structure of the flooring up there since I intend to have place high weight items on this floor.
Hoping to find out if it’s 2x8/10/12 or whether sistered or gusseted and stacked...to my knowledge this should be in blueprint for house or similar.
thanks in advance
