Air fryer? Favorite recipes?

Picked up a small 1 QT air fryer this weekend and was wondering what all you like to cook in them? Made some homemade chicken nuggets this evening and they were pretty dang good. Thanks ahead of time.

Wife got on a month or so ago and o my thing we’ve made are frozen stuff from Costco. Taquitos, crab cakes, shrimp rangoons
They were awesome and tasted like they were fresh made. Interested to see what everybody says...

My guess is no. Hot and oily vs hot and dry. There has to be a difference. Probably just depends on what you prefer.

Good question. The things I've cooked so far do come out crispy like they were freshly fried or oven baked (crab cakes). One of the best things I like about it is the grease drips down so everything is nice and grease free when it's done cooking.

Bad thing is the temp is a VERY coarse control. I don't think that's a huge negative though as the times are relatively short for cooking. I've found lower temps initially then higher temps at the end to crisp things up works best.

I'm on my second one after wearing the first one out. Yes things do come out crispy, especially if you hit them with cooking spray first. Literally the only thing that didn't come out great for me were frozen meatballs which for some reason puffed up.

You eventually get a feel cooking times and temperatures.
