Started a private message thread on this as well. If you are interested in coming I will add you to it. It seems that the cookout will be on June 3rd as of right now.

I'm just across the county line in the Peoples Republic of Orange. Provided I'm not stuck on call or at work, I'd be willing to participate.
 
Please advise in the PM once added to it if you are a definite or a maybe. It is easier to keep a tally off of that thread. Thanks.

Clothes are optional. At this point it may be a bring your own chair event if the definites continue to hold up. I'll add you to the running PM we have going on the event.

Nah... I can't make it. Arlene isn't as presentable in public as she used to be. She'd be scared around a buncha new people. Ya know dang well we'd both be there otherwise. :(
 
Will get the last two added hopefully soon. The PM is apparently at max capacity, so trying to figure out how to remove those that can't make it.
 
Will do. Think I'm going to start a new PM. Let me get members compiled that are definites and hard maybes(heh heh) and I'll start a new one.
 
I'm glad to see this taking traction and moving forward. I wish I could make this one, maybe the next one. We'll need to see a lot of pictures from this meet up.
 
As I have now confirmed, I will not have to work that weekend, so what is needed to possibly attend this get together?

Just bring yourself and a chair. If you feel like it you can bring some grub.
