Arizona -(Ammoland.com)- A scandal is developing in Alaska, as the head of the Human Rights Commission (HRC) has been implicated in directly chilling the exercise of the First and Second Amendments of the Constitution. Governor Dunleavy has ordered an investigation of the scandal.

The dept. head did not like the sticker on the pickup truck, sent email to the employer asking them to 'do something'. Also a possible crime.

The picture of the Second Amendment sticker of Black Rifles Matter on the truck, with the license plate, was posted on the official Alaskan HRC facebook page, with the comment: “In what world is this OK?”.

It's ok in this world.
In our country.
And in your state.
Any other questions, tyrant?

Anyone want to email (or even better call) her here’s the best pic of her business card ... I don’t understand the parole officer leaving his card though.

It was a sticker showing an AR with the saying “Black rifles matter.” I also find it offensive for it’s exclusion of not just other rifles but also of all other firearms.

Do hope that she loses her job for conspiracy to violate the guy’s 1a rights.

Because she used her office to send an email to the building owner to fire the plumber, she's also potentially guilty of conspiracy and abuse of power. ;)

I bet her phones and email are being lit up right now.

Pix of the official or it didn't happen. Nevermind I already found her pic online:

Interestingly, this image is from this article, about how there have been problems in this agency, Ms. Buscaglia becoming its new director, and the agency trying to move away from its troubled past. Ms. Buscaglia was hired for her management experience.

You would think Ms. Buscaglia, if she has all this management experience, would know she has bigger fish to fry than this contractor's bumper sticker.

Yes it's seen as racist because it's a play on "Black Lives Matter" branding. It's seen as a mockery of a civil rights movement. The irony is completely over their heads.

Wow, racist?

Another article. The comments are worth reading as well. It notes that another organization Black Guns Matter was started by a black guy.

John: Why is the Second Amendment important to you?

Maj: It is a way to stop tyranny. It is a way to stop the foolishness. It is a way to put the government on a timeout. ....

For a second I thought that was a picture of Steven Tyler.

Wow a new form of bear repellent ... would definitely work on the Kodiaks and even possible all the way up to the Polar ... BUT I’m not to sure that’s not a little to inhumane to the poor bears.
WWASFBD?

Everything matters!

There, that should bring everything back into equilibrium in the universe. ;)

She looks exactly how I imagined she'd look.

I bet their voicemail is full. Sent faxes to both of them to own what they did or RESIGN.

had to write a letter of apology but resigned instead.
On the one hand, she stuck by her convictions. I don't agree at all, but give her some credit for that.

On the other hand, refusing to apologize means she didn't learn anything/ doesn't think she did anything wrong, let alone illegal/ abuse the power of her office - so good riddance. She should be out of her government job.

Incidentally, she should also be barred from workng in any capacity for any branch of government from here on. Her sticking to her unconstitutional principles makes her inherently unqualified for government employment.

(fat chance)

She's a narcissist, as I believe most liberals are. So, she cannot be wrong and conversely believes everyone else to be wrong. Which, I believe is fundamentally different from standing by your convictions. And she also lied and tried to cover up her error when faced with the backlash. In other words, I don't give her the credit.
