Can any of the experts tell me if this ammo is corrosive or non?

M67 is brass cased, berman primed, corrosive. Also will not attract a magnet

That poor rifle. At least he didn't dip the receiver. Some new furniture and a new top cover will make it respectable again.

How many face tattoos did the guy you bought it from have?

No tats I could see, he seemed like a decent guy tho.

Ok so did some google and found that the film is clear coated after it is applied.
I got some paint stripper and denatured alcohol. Applied the stripper to the furniture and the dust cover, not only did it remove the clear coat it also removed the film. It looks like whoever did this sanded the furniture and painted it white (stripper did not remove the white paint) then applied the film. The dust cover was scruffed up before film. I ordered new furniture from K-Var.

Are these rifles painted, or blued or nitrided or something else?

Oh also, I picked up a Mak 90 Saturday and the trigger on that and the 56S are only a trillion times better than the Arsenal's trigger, kinda surprised by that.

I got new furniture from K-Var, ended up not using the warsaw stock since it did not have the cleaning kit trap door. I ended up stripping the dust cover, so all numbers still match. I am going to get this cerakoted and likely end up keeping it. I still need to replace the gas tube cover. Here is pre-cerakote condition:

I went back thru all the commie threads a couple weeks ago, and the stripper I got was the citrus one that was touted in a thread, Great minds :)

For an idea of the eventual color it is the black on the pic below, basically, black with some tungsten mixed in, which is what the handguard is coated in:
