The only way to change it is to blow some of these guys up. Who you listening too?

Colter Wall has unique music, to me anyway. Jason Eady, Sturgill Simpsons older stuff is decent. Dale Watson, Whitey Morgan, and a couple others that i cant seem to name at the moment

Colter Wall, Sturgill Simpson, Jason Isbell, Charlie Crockett, Nathaniel Rateliff, Turnpike Trubadors, Greensky Bluegrass, The Deadsouth, Tyler Childers, Hank 3, Shooter Jennings, Lucero. Lots of good music out there, just have to work for it a bit.

Stumbled on Turnpike Troubadours last night. Good stuff.

Blackberry Smoke

John Moreland. Possible the saddest song I’ve heard in a long time.

Another one you won’t hear on the radio. Man I love a good story song.

Colter Wall looks like a Star Wars nerd, it doesn’t make sense that voice comes out of him.

The first time I saw a video of him I thought he was lip synching.

Saw Cody Jinks a couple weeks back in Columbia, great show! Tennessee Jet and Steel Woods were great as well, recommend checking them out too.

How have we left out one of the best alt country groups that also happens to be from right here in Raleigh?

I say Danko/Manuel. The live version with the full horn section I can listen to on repeat for the rest of my life and be content.

"Goddamn Lonely Love" is mine. "Traveling Alone" was what my wife and I danced to at our wedding so that one is a close second. I honestly can't think of a bad Isbell song.
