Took a brief look. Interesting idea that the congressional model of being present at Mordor on the Potomac is even required and that using mature technology today the congressional model could be revamped and expanded to provide more direct representation.
I didn't get into the details of how they would bring this about, and I imagine there is a sticky wicket in there somewhere.

Glad we don't have 6000 members in congress. All we need is an Article V convention and institute Term limits for all branches including the supreme court, repeal the 17th Amendment thus giving my personal vote more clout, end Federal Employment unions and pensions, institute a fair tax and abolish the IRS, Eliminate the department of education, give all land back to the states, Amendment requiring the security of the border also eliminating birthright citizenship. We have a lot of work to do.
So screw over all the military that put in their time?
