Whatever you choose, you might want to rotate your ammo out on a regular basis.
One fellow up in Alaska kept a box of .44 Mag in the glove box of his truck. Most powders for .44 Mag are relatively slow burning, but his rode in the glove box for roughly 50k miles in his estimation.
All that bouncing over rough roads was like putting loaded rounds in a tumbler for a long, long time. Over time, it broke up the extruded powder making a very fast burning powder that blew up his gun.
It might not be an issue at all if all your driving is on smooth, paved roads, but it's something to bear in mind.
