They could have pulled her out of her car and made her crawl around for their amusement. Then, once she stumbled, they could have shot her like the citizen-dog that she is. They showed a lot of restraint by not exercising this privilege they have.

More like PASSED OUT. She sounded quite drunk on the recorded call. She said she was armed and that she was going to kill cops. I hope she spends a long time in prison for making "terrorist threats."
She is darn lucky to be alive. Maybe she was attempting Suicide By Cop.

My first thought was a failed Suicide by Cop. Otherwise why would she say those things, point something at them, and not be armed? Since that failed due to the great marksmanship of the cops involved, I bet she can find a lawyer that will help her win the "lottery" and everything will be alright now.
