Anti-aging pill for senior dogs is now in clinical trials

Only for large dogs. I need something for my 14 yr old JRT who appears to be suffering from dementia. Barks when she can’t see a human, can’t stay settled unless she is laying on one of us and will refuse to come up the stairs herself unless it is raining (then she is motivated enough to do it)
 
Maybe worth its own thread, but there are now monoclonal antibody treatments for osteo arthritis pain in both cats and dogs. Our oldest cat (18 this year) had her first shot about a month ago and it seemed to make a real difference in her getting around. She's getting the second tomorrow.
