Any figures on how many sales was made prior to 41f, and then purchased post 41f?

I know the ramp up was huge for 41f, then sales tanked for months along with HPA rumors and hopes holding some off in buying.

But is their any good data out their chart sales?

I'm seeing that 7/7 to 7-11 stamps are being approved. It will probably take another month or 2 to for them finish pre 41f stacks. But if sales dropped they way everyone thinks they have, post 41f stamps will get caught up quickly.

I hope so. I've got one in jail from December. Would love to have it for hunting season this year

Was talking to one long-time Piedmont Class III dealer a few weeks ago . He told me he has sold 2 suppressors post 41f.

On Arf, forms purchased prior to 7/11, pending on 7/17 are being approved on 6/5, and 7/18 on 6/6. That backlog has to be clearing up.

New Statistics from ATF

ASA staff made several trips to Washington, D.C. in May. We had the opportunity to sit down with senior ATF staff to discuss technical details of the Hearing Protection Act and we also received updated statistics regarding Form 4 applications received and current processing times. As of May:
  • Processing time was 10 months
  • 30,000 Pre-41F applications remained
  • NFA Branch wass processing 8,000-10,000 applications per week
  • Total NFA form backlog was 130,000 applications
The chart below gives a graphical representation of the historical form volume as well as 2016 pre- and post-41F and anticipated volume for 2017.

I still have three pre-41F Form 1s pending. It is annoying to see post-41F stuff being approved and still be waiting on mine.

I don't know about y'all, but if the HPA act passes I plan to purchase several additional suppressors.

I think if HPA passes, machinists will be busier than prostitutes at a convention as everyone and their mama gets every firearm they own threaded.
You mean there are people out there that currently own firearms without threaded barrels?

What a shame...

If I'm reading that graph and info properly, the 41f stuff should be cleared up by the end of this month. And there's. Roughly 17,000 post 41f applications pending....at 8-10,000 processed per week...we should be back to ~90 day processing times shortly.

We only have about 30 form 4's submitted before July 13th that have not arrived back to us as of yet. No forms submitted after July 13th for customers
has shown up yet.

That's what I have been trying to calculate out.
