Just picked up a Savage 10 FLCP-SR in .308 (Left handed model)

Thinking about purchasing an aftermarket stock and bottom metal to convert to AICS mags.

I will need to have the action properly bedded and the bottom metal fitted into the new stock. I also figured I would have the barrel checked out and see if lapping is needed.

If there are any gunsmiths on the forum I would certainly want to give you the work instead of shipping it across the country.

If you buy a aftermarket stock, most will inlet the bottom metal to your stock for small amount. Stocky's I know will. If you get a stock with a alum/metal bedding you won't need to have it pillar bedded.
