Just to the right of the black connector with the hose on it is where it's pouring out of.

You can try something like Sea Foam. That probably won't work. Best to take the bowls off and inspect the valve seats and floats.

What year?
When was the last time it was running?

It'll run but gas starts pouring out the hole in the picture.
My son bought it used so I'm not sure of the year. Serial # 03003 906078

The year stopped being put with model number in 2005.

Depends on your idea of Quick. Its not a hard job, kinda simple actually. I would make it as simple as possible and get a new needle and seat along with floats. Replace, readjust floats if needed.
