Do these fall victim to over gassing? I have a Gemtech dedicated .223/5.56 can and am wondering if there are any issues with this before I consider buying.
Any personal experience is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I don't know anything about mini14 gas issues, but it seems to me if you want a semiauto .223/5.56 rifle for a can, an AR with an adjustable gas block is the way to go.

The itch for no accuracy :(

I thought that was why AK's are so popular.....

They are fun but a tad gassy and the port noise is louder on the Mini.

Only issue is having enough barrel to thread/moving the front sight back OR if you have a threaded model, verify the threads are bore concentric as well as the shoulder being properly shaped. The shoulders are tapered versus square and this could cause a muzzle device to misalign with the bore resulting in baffle strikes
