Anyone with revolver VZ grips?

How do you like them or not? Would you buy them again or go with something else? Looking for feedback.
Need to buy something for a S&W 28. Thanks.

I have never found a set of revo grips with finger grooves that I liked well enough to keep.
I like to get high up on the gun and the finger grips normally won't allow that.

I've never tried the VZ on a revo, but just by looking at them i know the issue i would have.

Now, if your shooting style is more single action and low volume, they may work fine for you.

Maybe it's because I grew up with blue steel and wood but those make me cringe. I have never liked the VZ grips on anything. But, that's just me. Other people seem to like them.

I picked up a set in black. They're shown on a Model 28 in the revolver pic thread.

I have a set for j frames i like them but they are heavier than probably any other j frame grips i have owed.

Have you checked out Altamont grips? They are the jelly to S&W's peanut butter.
