ADG is offering our Mass Casualty/Active Shooter (MCAS) Medical Response class to cover how to treat victims of Active Shooters. Most Active Shooter victims are different than combat related casualties and require a special skill-set to treat. This course will cover studies from 2012-2017 Active Shooter victims and their wounds, TECC (Tactical Emergency Casualty Care) and will train the responder how to treat victims with gunshot wounds and lacerations found in these situations. It will also cover mass casualties triaging and treating multiple wounded, as well as patient extraction, scene safety, combating an active shooter prior to treatment, and more.
