AR 15A2

So, this is probably a dumb question but bear with me. I have a PSA AR 15A4. I’d like to have a clone of the M16A2, which is what I carried in the Army. I’ve been thinking of buying the Fulton Armory AR 15A2 upper and just swapping out the two uppers on what I assume to be a standard AR 15A2 lower. Thoughts?

Yea, it will fit and work just fine.

The only major difference will be the non-detachable carry handle, assuming your PSA kit came with the detachable carry handle.

Also the Fulton armory upper is chrome-lined. If you got the PSA premium kit with the FN barrel then it will also be chrome-lined. Otherwise it's probably nitrided.

Overall you are going to get a pretty similar look.

Thanks. Yes, the only real difference is the detachable v fixed carry handle. I’m going for the retro circa 1988 look.

Too bad M&A Parts went the way of the Dodo, I'm no fan of PSA, Fulton is good, but pricey.....
