Looking for a good archery shop to help a brand new guy, with everything. Looking to spend around $1,200 to $1,500.

It's a bit of a drive, but Nester's in Hillsville seemed pretty nice. Was just having some warranty work done. Nice guy, no BS, couple indoor shooting lanes, looked like decent inventory.

Buttermilk Creek in Burlington

No experience on the archery side but i beleave mace is one in mebane might be worth checking out.

good archery shops are hard to find anymore. The two that I used to frequent have closed. Last time I bought a new bow I got it at Mace sports. I bought a rest there and had them square the rest for me, but other than that I did everything myself from adding my sights and quiver mount to cutting and fletching my own arrows. I’ve been to buttermilk creek in Burlington a time or two and been to Mace a time or two.
After you pick out a bow, then pick out the sight and rest you want to use and order the sight and rest online cause you’ll get it cheaper that way. And just let the guy where you buy the bow put it on. I’m a huge fan of trophy ridge drop away rests, and HHA rear adjustable single pin sights.

Bought my last couple at bobs in biscoe. They were very knowledgeable and good to deal with. Have an indoor range also.
