My Shibaura tractor continues to do all I ask of it. It runs perfect and is a huge work saver. I have discovered that the narrow distance between the rear tires is an issue though with certain attachments. It is a cat-1 but to reach the wider 26" cat-1 stuff the lift arms will rub the tires when any side load is seen. My 19-20 inch stuff works perfect but what to do...
New arms are in order so after searching a while, I found Neat Farms. They make and sell the perfect lift arms for small tractors with a 4" offset way back on the arms so it will not rub the tires and allow full width implements to be used with no trouble. I ordered them tonight and will get some pics up after they arrive.
I ordered this kit https://www.neatfarms.com/Compact-Tractor-3-Point-Hitch-Kit--CAT-1---GD with adjustable vertical arms for both sides and new center link to match the longer length of the new arms. The adjustable vertical arms will allow me to adjust my box blade, rake and dirt scoop lower than it goes now. This should be just what I need to make the rear lift system work better for me.
