Didnt read the ad, but in army parlance a Chapter 11 is a discharge for failure to adapt to military standards. These are only issued prior to completing 180 days of service.
There can be several different discharge types granted (i.e. honorable, general, etc.) but none that make you a PP.

I can’t imagine anyone that knows enough about guns to shop on Armslist would be clueless enough to buy 90% of this garbage at normal prices, let alone for what these idiots as asking, lmao.

It almost makes me want to list an 80% lower as a “Class 19 advanced Socom ghost lower” only available to seal team 99 members with 1k confirmed kills with a tactical spork.

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to own a part of the ultra secret gear that is normally only available to those that can handle “full semi automatic” assault weapons, don’t wait!! For $799.99 it can be yours!!!

I’d take you up on the offer but I’m holding out for an SP1 and retro M9 special edition, I’ve got a lightly used New Frontier Armory polymer AR with 10k rounds through it that looks like it’s been drug behind a truck down a long gravel road that I’ll let go of for that price, but I’ll need a stool, blood and hair sample as well as a full battery of fingerprint cards and retina blueprint of your right eye, anything less and I’ll just put it back in the safe.
