On the surface this doesn't look crazy but after the guy sent me some better pics the MRO is an airsoft clone. According to him it was on the gun when he bought it, he hasn't responded yet since I told him it was a clone (it was late when I sent him the email). It's a very well made clone and would probably have fooled a lot of people. This is the second time I've run into this lately. I almost bought a Colt AR 10 with an ACOG on it and once the guy sent me very detailed pictures you could see it was a clone also. He did not know it was a clone, once I showed him he told me that looking back he thought it was weird that when he bought it from the original owner that the guy didn't have a box for it.
The clones are getting really good (they're even coming in a padded plastic box just like real Trijicons) and while I'm sure there's some scam artists on armslist both of these guys had been on there a couple of years and I don't even think even realized that they had been scammed earlier.
