This has got to be one of the dumbest things I have ever heard of. Inject yourself into a potentially hostile, and violent situation, to hand them a damned CARD? Sure, like that's not going to escalate anything and make you the target of the aggressor's ire. Oh, and if they have a weapon, stand there and call the cops. Right, you're likely standing on or near the proverbial X against someone with a weapon and the answer is to call for help that's minutes away at best.

What can I say, Darwin in action. The dementedness of the 'minds' of these idiot libtards that comes up with this nonsense is astounding. I am sure they'll also declare the area "a safe space".
