Well I was supposed to meet @fieldgrade and @trcubed at the Morrisville Cars and Coffee this morning but backed out due to lack of sleep. When I finally got up, I found out that there was an AACA car show in Asheboro today and that one of my cousins was taking his Templar Roadster over to the show. So to Asheboro I went.

Don't know what year the Templar is but I'm guessing anywhere from 1917 to 1922. Had a lot of fun talking to Jack about it.

Love the little windscreen on the old Ford up top, very neat

Haven't seen a SuperBird in years.

This is the Alfa picture I tried to send earlier. I thought I an a pic of an older model, but evidently it didn't save.

I loved going to these AACA shows for years. STUTZ Bearcats, Dussenburgs, REO's, Packards. Man those were all beautiful cars.

A lot of the "race abouts" had round windshields like that. I've seen pictures of a Stutz Bearcat with that style.

The blue comet pictured is a one owner. Great car, I think he has the original tires somewhere

Ever been up to the swap meet at Hersey, PA? Holy crap! If they don't have it, you don't need it!

Yes sir. That is a big to do. My first wifes family had many very expensive and very nice cars. At one time they had around 32 of them. We went to there for several years to give her parents a hand. It really is a sight. I miss that culture. Lots of great people and great cars.

I was checking to see if my wife and I were in your pictures. We were there, but you didn't catch us.
Was a nice little show, still plenty of room on the street where it was blocked off for more cars.

I hope to have the Boss there next year. Surely by then I can get the front springs changed out.

Although the RHD Datsun 510 would be more appropriate...
