Charles, gettcha self on down here. You can be here in 2 hours. Hell, it don't git dark now till about 10 PM. You could be back home afore dark. As you know the bunk house is a pretty good stay.Spending an afternoon in a rooom like that would be a big CHECK on the old bucket list. Hope to see it in person one day - thanks for sharing pics!
Thanks Boog...there have been some bills to pay to get there. I ain't talkin bout money either.I wanna be you when I grow up.

He is well. Like all us older folks he has some serious health problems But keeps on keepn on. One foot ahead of the other. Steve, you know you are always welcome. Give me a heads up and we'll run over. Thanks to you for so many wonderful pictures from last October. How is Michael doing?? Haven't seen him in a long while. Would love to visit.
Absolutely!!! As hard as it is to get in here [not really bad] it is more difficult to get to the B&M HQ. I'll take any of you anytime , but will need some notice.Lol, I showed these to Mrs Oneofsix and she was quite upset we didn't see this on Millie Day...
I hope we are welcome to come back @BatteryOaksBilly....

My grill smoker was in the picture Geezer post from last Sunday's shooting. I've named it Garvin.....Well he hasn't showed his grill/smoker yet.
No to both. 15 minutes away.is the indoor range on your property? I don't believe I saw anything that big last fall. is it new?
We admire Shooters here George...you are always welcome.Pardon the sidebar... Not to minimize Billy's incredible collection, but if you like things like this, locally the York County Museum has one of the largest African Animal exhibits on the east coast. At least that's the way they used to promote it. They acquired a private collection back in the '50's and it required them to expand their facilities. It's been years since we've been, but I remember it being quite extensive.
Billy, you are generous to a fault. I'll have to gas up and make the trip to come visit some time soon. It's about 4hrs for me.
Ask and ye shall receive.Wow! What a great collection!
How does one humbly request permission to come aboard? I would love to visit, and might select a hundred year old rifle to choot, if that's allowed.
Alfred all I had was an idea. The "M" in B&M had the money to make it happen. Many trips all over the world to test our idea of the perfect Big Game Rifle. As you can see, the concept is valid. Mike and I speak daily he is closer to me than any other person in the world. He is too generous. I have become a buffer of sorts between him and the moochers and hangerons in the world. He is closer to being a hermit than I am, in that he doesn't Have to leave the compound regularly like I do. He is usually on his Boat or at home All the time.Wow that is amazing and I'm sure a lot of work to build and maintain. You don't get that kind of result without being all-in and highly skilled at getting shit done, mighty impressive !
Yep..that and the Ostrich and the 3 Big Lions get folks attention. That giraffe mount is what got me. Gotta hang that sucker near the floor even in a 2 story room
I'm off Friday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, Let me know when is good.He is well. Like all us older folks he has some serious health problems But keeps on keepn on. One foot ahead of the other. Steve, you know you are always welcome. Give me a heads up and we'll run over. Thanks to you for so many wonderful pictures from last October.

Tell him I'll be carrying a real gun, in a leather holster, that is no smaller in caliber than a .451.
You Are Correct!!! He was a Southern Gentleman of the first order. I think about him everytime I sit on the porch and look out over the ponds.View attachment 112996
Duke the Blue Heeler admiring the Dead Zoo... I think Duke has been the only dog allowed in there.. (??) correct me if I'm in error Billy...
nchunt, my property is much less impressive than the B&M Rifle HQ. We bought that piece together in 1985. He took off and developed it into our B&M HQ.Sweet Jeebus Robert Ruark has risen from the dead!!! All jokes aside I can see why you are loathe to leave your property.
