Here's my Friday night pics. Found this monster across the driveway this afternoon, blocking my only way out. Thank goodness for a new saw chain, Bobcat and 5400# chain. That sucker was maybe 30-36" dia and 80 to 100' tall. I got power and an escape route but no cable or internet.

So, tomorrow morning I will be waking up, taking my 8 year old to a birthday party, and then tomorrow evening conducting my first wedding ceremony as a reverend.

@gunbelt got here at zero dark crappy this morning and started making biscuits. We had a fine breakfast of biscuits, sausage, bacon, and eggs. Got brisket and a butt on the @Brangus ’s smoker, the weather is beautiful and it’s a great day to be here

Hey everyone, once again it was a fantastic time meeting the rest of the members of the club.
I seem to have grabbed Someone else’s spoon that was in my beans when I left. Somewhere or you will find a spoon with a mailing label attached to it for John Golden ....whoever is missing a spoon may keep that one
Much thanks to everybody who helped put this thing together, my father and I had a great time.

Great Idea! Next time, we'll do a spoon exchange.

Good to see old friends and new friends, as well. Perfect weather, lots of good food, lots of good people, some friendly competition, everyone got to try out some new toys.
 
I know that this is a pic thread, but anyone care to share their favorite new experience? First time to shoot the .50BMG, first time shooting full auto, first time shooting suppressed, first time shooting a revolver, first time eating banana pudding with whipped crepe, etc.

Still sorry that I missed it.

to @BatteryOaksBilly, @Geezer, the CFF staff, the prize donors, everyone that cooked and brought food and drinks and all the little people. It was an amazing day and must have required true passion and dedication to pull off.

The only weakness was not enough to eat. ;)
