BB gun pulled by man fatally shot in Garner Walmart parking lot, shooter not being charged, police say

ROFL. The world is better off without that ass clown.
 
I guess his mother expected the defender to shoot her son with a BB pistol.
 
Had a guy doing this at one certain ATM in Greenville (NC), some years ago.
He finally had the law of averages catch up with him when attempted to hold up an off duty Pitt County Sheriff's Deputy.
It didn't end well for said armed robber......
