Best sling for 870 shotgun.

Looking for opinions on slings for the Remington 870. I have the one that came with my police trade in It is a uncle mikes brand which seems bulky. I changed out the stock and forend. Magpul SGA, MOE MLOK. Also is it necessary to get a barrel clamp for the mag extension?

Not necessarily optimal, but I'm running a Blue Force Gear Vickers sling on my 500. Running it through the sling loop on my Magpul stock and through a GG&G sling loop that installs via the barrel/mag tube lockup on a 500.

It's an OK setup. Not something I'd want to "fight in" but it makes for easy carrying. I don't consider my sling needs on a shotgun to be the same as on a carbine so I haven't felt the need to change it.
