Have had bottom bbl ejector problems forever just not all the time. Procrastinated forever about getting it fixed. Called Ruger last Thurs. and they sent me a prepaid shipper via email. Shipped out Fedex that day. Got it back from NH next day air today at 10:15am. Replaced 4 pts and 3 springs and she's good as new. I've had a lot of Rugers over the years. Some great and some not so great. Ive sent back several guns over the years (40yrs) to get repaired. My security six took months and several phone calls to get back. This was just outstanding service for a 20+ yr old shotgun that I bought second hand. This was a 12ga and I have a 20ga Red Label OU as well. The hoity-toity shotgunners look down on the lowly Red Label but it's a damn fine gun and it didnt cost me one red cent to get it repaired good as new.
