Biker ninja kick

Never mind the innocent Escalade driver that took the worst of the accident, right?
Car (bad guy) ran biker (good guy) off road. The biker (good guy) kicked the car (bad guy). The car (bad guy) tried to hit the biker (good guy) then wrecked hitting the Cadillac. Cars (bad guy) fault.

Got it. Proper decorum for traffic infractions is property damage and aggravated assault resulting in a multi car pile up. Next time somebody cuts me off in traffic, I'll fire off a shot shell into their door and let them know that any injuries based on their further retaliation will be solely their fault.

Biker =/= good guy. He's an idiot.

Running someone off the highway isnt minor. Do you ride?

This is weird. Look at post#50, and then #49 and #48. The first two say premise, then #50 says partsfreak.

o_O

Please show me in the great book of law where retaliation for a (near) traffic accident is legal and acceptable. I've been nearly ran off the road while driving a Prizm. At no point did I think "I'll get out and axe kick the sh*t out of this driver's car door at the next red light to let him know I didn't appreciate that".

So you dont ride? Ok got it. Im done here. If theres some back gound as to what happend id like to see it. Ill keep my theory until then. If youve never wanted to axe kick someones door than you must be a saint.

Just as the motorcyclist was passing the sedan on the right-hand side, the sedan tried to exit the carpool lane and enter the No. 1 lane. That’s when the car bumped the bike.

“I’m sure he didn’t see the motorcyclist,” Traber said of the driver. “He scared the living daylights out of the motorcyclist. He almost went down. That guy can really handle his bike.”

Traber said that after the motorcyclist regained control, he pulled up to the car’s passenger door and began gesturing at the driver. Traber said he appeared to be saying something too, but Traber couldn’t hear him. He said he figured the biker was “saying something like, hey, you almost hit me! Watch out!”

Traber said it looked as though the driver was yelling something back at the biker, and that it didn’t help matters, because that’s when the motorcyclist started kicking the passenger door.

“I said, ‘Wow, man, something’s going to happen. I gotta get this,’” Traber said. “So I grab my phone and started recording.”

Damn, if I had known all these years that riding a bike meant I got to act like a condescending pr*ck on the road and the internet, I would have taken it up long ago. Guess I'll just have to keep riding around in my truck, not even bothering to look at my sideviews when I make lane changes.

Please don't take all of that too seriously.

Hey you're doing it without a bike. Congrats. It still feels better on two wheels.

I ride a bike 10 to 20k miles a year. I've seen it all. I've never kicked a car. 700 lbs vs 3k lbs is a no brainer. Now, I have hit a quarter panel with a fist while riding my 18 lb road bicycle.

It's a glitch in the Matrix.

Regardless of how it started, the last one to act appeared to be the car driver in what looks like an attempt to hit the motocycle. So, I blame him for the accident. Just as some have said that the biker shouldn't have acted the way he's did, the car driver shouldn't have acted in response to the kicking either. He was the last one in the chain that could have prevented the accident.
