I don't see no pictures, so it didn't happen.
You guys know the rules around here, good food, guns and hot women require pictures.
 
I enjoyed it so much that I took the GF back on saturday. She had 1/2 chicken collards mac & Cheese. Of course I had more brisket mac & cheese and pimento puffs which we both decided was a bust IOHO.

Ok, you had me at Gouda Mac and cheese! The brisket puts it over the top! Send me an invite next time you go a day or so ahead of time and I’ll try to be there.
 
There used to be a joint in Waynesville that had smoked Mac and cheese and a smoked brisket meatloaf with a tomato jam with collard greens and creme brûlée for dessert. It was great...until they changed the menu!
