Have you all heard of a reverse cold drip press or something? Holy crap it was the smoothest most intense flavor coffee ive ever had.

nope, but if it makes coffee as good as you claim, then you better find out the actual name and share it with the other kids in the class! :p

Ok.... it's called a cold brew drip tower, it looks like a science experiment, and I had it at crema coffee shop off high house in Cary, I had it straight and suggest it that way. Americano they cut it with half water and serve it hot. But if you find this somewhere get it straight, get it cold, and thank me later :) I'm sure the quality of bean makes a big difference so hopefully wherever you find it does it justice.

Added the link to the pic below, the process explains why it tasted so great.

Well, I always wanted to visit Cary.

Yep. We have bags of CAF, AK47 and Just Black here and Santa is bringing the Mrs a 5 lb bag of CAF for Christmas. He is also bringing her a French press, so I need to get a bag of whole bean eventually

I'd like to try some of BRC stuff, but I can't seem to make a decent cup of coffee to save my life. Even had some of the Kona stuff sent straight from Hawaii and it was bitter/sour no matter what I did.

Basically all you need for cold brewed coffee is a French press. Put about twice the amount of coffee you normally use for hot brewed, fill it with cold water and let it sit for 24 hrs. Drink and enjoy.

I've been making de-caf like this for a couple of months to drink at night and it's some of the best coffee I've ever had.

Man Kona is some great stuff. At $40lb it better be hahaha, but it will light your fire real fast.
