I found a really good deal on some 9mm, 115g blue bullets. From what I understand they are a polymer coated lead bullets. Does anyone have any experience using these? Performance or feeding issues? Thanks ahead of time.

Blue bullets are good to go. Probably the number one used bullet in USPSA and IDPA. Just to be sure, you do know these are just the projectile, not loaded ammo?

I guess Im gonna be the oddball here that has had issues with the blue bullets. Return to battery issues, to be precise.
I had a Sig M11A1, a Walther PPS, and currently have a CZ SP01 that will will pick them up from the mag just fine, but will not quite fully return to battery using blue bullets.
My PPQ, G48, VP9SK, P226, P01s, and Scorpion function just fine with them.

I have seen MANY, MANY shooters using them in SERIOUS USPSA matches w/o issues. If there's a problem,, competition shooters would not trust them.

Poly coated bullets,, or powder coated bullets have become much more common over the last few years because of the lower cost and the excellent performance.

I’ve used thousands of them in 147gr, 9mm. No issues with feeding, firing, or extracting. No issues with barrel fouling. 3.2 grains of titegroup topped with the 147gr blue bullet makes for a round that shoots accurately, yet soft as rabbit fur. Attach your favorite suppressor and not only are the soft shooting like rabbit fur, but that same bunny farting is louder.

I have used many thousands of poly coated 9mm bullets from other manufacturers - My favorite projectile is a 125gn 9mm coated RN. I am very familiar with the product, but I could never get Blues to work right. The coating liked to peel off during loading and cause QC issues. I never got far enough along to shoot them, so no feedback there. I know they are very popular but I shop elsewhere.

How far off the lands are they seated?

The issue was tight chambers. The leading shoulder of the chamber would scrape off some blue off the side of the bullet on the way in. The blue would catch between the edge of the brass and the chamber shoulder and prevent it from going fully into battery.
Reaming out the chamber a couple thousandths would probably fix it, but I dont particularly want to do that, so I just use them in my Scorpion now.

Tens of thousands of the 147 over 3.2 of TG. Hard to get a better competition round from a price/performance perspective.
Through two difference CZ's.
Also a couple thousand 200gn through a Tanfo limited gun.

Now have a couple thousand 135TC I'd like to try if primers ever get reasonable.

I've tried more accurate bullets, but for the games I play these are plenty accurate.

Shot them in just about all the 9's, up to the MP5 Clone, AR9 (Macon Armory Barrel)
UZI, no problems, they are used in a lot of "Comps"
The 9 is a "tapered" case, use a Lyman "M" Die for for case mouth flare, lead cast bullets,
plated bullets and a Mighty Armory Taper crimp, no issues with the "coke bottle" shape.
Really use the whole set of MA Dies, retired a semi-new set of Hornady dies (maybe 500 rds.)
and my old set of RCBS Carbides. My old CH Tool & Die (CH4D now) Taper crimps still get
used... Just a thought.. YMMV
