BOLO - Stolen pop-up camper

That's a lot nicer than mine Lol.

I hope he finds it but man that's going to be tough. There are so many of them out there and they all look similar at a distance.

Man, that sucks! Iā€™ll keep an eye out for it.

Are there any identifiable stickers or anything that would stand out?

It would be tough to identify a stolen one visually. The best chance that I can think of is if it's reported stolen and the VIN is flagged so that if anyone tries to sell it and / or put new plates on it that it will show up.

As a PSA if you have a trailer, they make hitch balls that lock in the hitch receiver making it much harder to hook up and tow it off.

I used to work for an Italian guy who had mega millions worth of collectible Ferraris in his underground garage. I always though it strange that, with the exception of one he drove occasionally, all the others had flat fires.

Obviously, that was his way of making them harder to steal. With the cheap cost of 12v tire inflators, it's probably a good idea to put such a trailer up on blocks and let the air out of the tires.

My PSA is to never wash your pop up so that it gets a nice coat of mildew on top, making it look like a POS so nobody wants to steal it. That's what I do.

Sounds great. Out of curiosity, now what do you do to it on the outside? :D

Sorry to hear about the theft. Looks just like the one my dad got instead of a paycheck one time 50 years ago, sans the a/c unit.

In Midland?? Oh man.....that sucks to hear
remember they drove up my driveway and stole my woodsplitter that had been out there for months. Now that they're clearing lots in my neighborhood I'm gonna have to start stringing concertina wire and getting those automated paintball guns loaded up with pepper balls.

yep. Bought 5 of them for $200K. Looks to be Pinnacle homes too so I expect the lowest common denominator.
I was really hoping that the recession a decade ago would have quelled the demand for what I call Walmart Homes: cheap junk built by a tract builder. Those things make it near impossible for anyone nearby with a decent, let alone, good quality existing home to get a good price if they try to sell. Yeah it may have stone counter tops but and be new but wait until the cabinet shelves bow because of the weight of your dishes (seen that) or the windows are so flimsy that you can flex them by pushing on them (seen that too). They're cheap for a reason.
