I placed an order for a OSS 556 can ($699.00) and a 762 can ($943.00) which was hundreds less than Silencershop. After all of Botach's SHENANIGANS the cans are due to arrive today at my LGS. There was a promotion on the suppressors buy one get a free Sparc AR, I got those over a month ago.

I have purchased an ARX100 from them in 2013 and a factory ARX100 SBR last year. Placed several orders for optics and a bunch of other stuff at greatly reduced pricing. Guess my winning streak is with them is over....

Oops, they were supposed to ship before 30 days. took them 2 months, form 3 usually takes a week or so. and when I contacted them several times I got the ohh sorry we will have tracking number by the end of the day....

Not really upset, very slightly annoyed but I had a good run with them.

On another note, I was at LGS Friday the owner had 3 stamps that came in from the same examiner BLarsen in under 3 months, maybe I will get lucky???

There seems to be a lot of hate for botach on arfcom as well. That said, Okay E2 mags are generally hard to find these days, but I set an 'in stock' reminder for botach. I got the notice and had them at my door within a few days, so I can't complain.

Yea I'm done with Botach. They've really be messing up lately. Anything they have on sale at a good price, I just assume if I order it I'll get a cancelation email 24 hours later or so.

Botach has always sucked from way back. The only thing they have going for them is price. You may or may not ever get what you ordered. Tactical Gear dot com is the same. Their website will say something is in stock when in fact it is not. They will both lie to you over the phone. I wont place and order with either company. Caveat Emptor.

Had only one slow to ship glitch with my ARX-100, it was a presale and I got it about two weeks later then advertised,
they also goofed up communications on shipping to my LGS.

I've ordered a handful of accessories from them over the years and never had any problems. I also tell myself not to expect the same level of service and comm's as I do from the likes of Midway or Amazon.

I read somewhere a few new NFA employees were grabbing forms off the wrong stack or something and that it’s been corrected. <90 day approvals were a fluke. Some people got lucky as hell though

I believe they subcontract this stuff out, had one of the staff call me to verify my info.

I've only had one dealing with them for a trijicon MRO with an HK mount. The price was good at that time. The website said it fit "k-models" as well as full size. It didn't fit my K and when I contacted customer service they took forever to reply. They eventually did reply and said it was past the window for a return (30 days?). The mount is nice paperweight and the MRO lives on a different gun. I'm not upset, but I haven't been back since.

Ive been to Botach before. Go there and you'll understand. Ive spent a lot of money with Botach and have never been screwed but I understand some people dont like their shipping time frames.

Seriously, you want some entertainment go to their shop in L.A. Its like a little slice of Tel Aviv in South Central L.A. 'hood. Bunch of Hebrew speaking, Yarmulke wearing, pistol packing Israeli's walking around the place.
